STRENGTH AND CAPABILITY
The F45 Strength Training workouts throughout the week are designed to build and sculpt lean muscle. Our members are encouraged to grab the “heavier” weights based on their fitness ability and to “work their way down” in weight as their muscles are fatigued throughout the workout.
These workouts typically emphasize slow and steady Functional Movement exercises and Resistance Training. Our Strength and Resistance workouts pack on and develop lean muscle mass while improving full-body mobility, joint stability and power.
