WORK FAST AND HARD
Put simply, Cardiovascular Exercise is any exercise that raises your heart rate. An optimal Cardio exercise session would be a person engaging in a level of activity that raises their heart rate beyond 50% of its maximum capacity for an extended period of time.
To maintain a healthy cardiovascular fitness level, it is recommended that a person trains for a minimum of 20 minutes with a continued, elevated pulse, at least 3 times a week.
The F45 Cardio-centric workouts featured throughout the week are fast paced and incorporate a range of exercises and machines to keep our members’ heart rates up and pumping!
